Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus – February 18, 2017

Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus, Houston Chronicle and The Mac Observer columnist, author of more than eighty books including iPhone for Dummies and macOS Sierra for Dummies, and host of the BobLeVitus.TV Show, will discuss “Working Smarter for Mac Users” during the Main Presentation at the HAAUG General Meeting on Saturday, February 18, 2017.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) begin at 9:00 a.m. The Main Presentation begins at 11:00a.m. General Meeting SIGs include topics Mac 101 & Fundamentals, iOS (iPhone, iPod and iPad), One on One (personal help) and Digital Photography.

Swap Meet: January 21, 2017

HAAUG’s Semi-Annual Community Computer and Electronics Swap Meet (open to the public) takes place on January 21, 2017. The event will be held at the Bellaire Civic Center (7008 S. Rice Ave., Bellaire) and will run from 9 AM until 1 PM. Vendors can begin setting up their tables at 8:30 AM. Free parking is available nearby.

Everyone is welcome to come buy, sell or trade their computers and electronics equipment with other attendees at the event. Those wishing to sell or swap items will be charged $10 for each 6-foot table (provided by HAAUG) used to market their goods. Electricity is available for an additional $5 per table. Attendance to the event is otherwise free! Paid members of HAAUG receive one vendor table free-of-charge. Attendees will be eligible for a door prize drawing at the conclusion of the event.
